I am using Orange network i phoned them to unlock my phone and they told me to go to Apple store and they will syncronize my phone so that i can use this in different networks. Just want to knwo do i need to make an apointment

They lied to you. Apple does not unlock carrier locked iPhones, only the carrier the phone is locked to can authorize such.
Call back & ask to talk to someone that knows what they're doing at Orange, as only Orange can authorize the unlocking of your phone.
