Hello, I cant see the app for furby boom and my Ipad has already iOS 7.0.4. can you help me?

Is it possible that installing apps has been restricted?

all I can say is that I can see it on my computer, I can see it on my iPad, so I know it's there.

If you're not in the US, it's possible that the app is country restricted. Or if your device is blocked from installing apps.

Do you have another iPad or such in the house and you can try to access the app store on another device?

Thank you so much for your time....

But it is weird.....I know it is there, my friends do have it and I have been downloading apps as normally.... I have tried reaching apps store from the web and from the app...nothing works.... It is the only thing that doesn't work!

also throug the furby boom web site.....

YOU WERE RIGHT!!!!!!

I went through the whole Apple ID config and I was not using USA store from there, so I was not getting there, even using the links from the web!

I just downloaded!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

I went right into the App Store, searched for it and found it.

How else do you mean? have you installed it already and can't find the icon?

that does not happen to me :( I go and it is not there. I have search for furby and only the regular one appears but not furby boom, and if l search for furby boom nothing appear
