Q: If I download apps using my laptop itune browser, than how I can use that apps on my ipad? I can not see that apps on my ipad now. is that need to download again on ipad?

Can I use apps on my ipad if I download apps using my laptop (window based) browser itune store?

    You can either redownload them directly on your iPad via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it.

     

    Or connect the iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (you can enable the sidebar via control-S on a PC) :

    and then use the Apps tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync the apps to your iPad
