- Your free space on your HD is on the low side, around 10%. Probably OK for checking your email, but you may need more if you are doing more memory intensive work.
- the google keystone daemon has been reported to misbehave by excessive phoning home.
- I don’t think perian is supported by the developer any more.
- MemorySweeperPro sounds like crapware. Crapware is anything that purports to "optimize", "clean", "accelerate", "monitor", or "protect" your Mac. These apps are unnecessary, poorly written, overpriced (if they were free, they'd still be overpriced), and harmful. They can damage the OS and be difficult to uninstall. Mavericks does not play well with crapware.
- You have a lot of user login items.
- Try a safe boot (restart, hold down shift until you see the Apple logo). This does some diagnostic testing and then starts up without third-party added on software. If this eliminates the symptom, then you know the problem is with the third-party software. A safe boot doesn't fix anything, but it tells you where the problem is. Mac OS X: What is Safe Boot, Safe Mode?
- If the safe boot fixes the slowness, you can either
- do a clean reinstall and not reinstall all the startup items/agents/daemons/etc
- or try to uninstall them one at a time and see how your mac behaves.
- If a safe boot doesn’t improve the slowness then it’s probably a problem with OSX itself: Boot into your recovery partition (restart, hold down ⌘R until you see the Apple logo), and use Disk Utility to repair your hard drive. Repair permissions too while you're there. OS X: About OS X Recovery
