Macbook Pro randomly disconnects from wireless network

Question

I continue to have my Macbook Pro (2011) disconnect from my Airport Extreme / Express Network.

Attemps to turn off/on wi-fi do not fix it.

It has to be rebooted in order to fix.

Any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

MacBook Pro 17 unibody, Mac OS X (10.6.4), iPhone4 - iPad
