I have MacBook Pro 15 early 2011, and I wish to do a clean install of Mavericks on after deleting my current Snow Leopard. The question is: is it possible to do clean installation without formatting Bootcamp partition? I mean that I have a Bootcamp parttion and I would like to formatt only Macintosh HD partition to install Mavericks as a clean system.

You should be able to re-install it while in the Recovery Volume.

Yes, I heard about it, I have to restart in this mode, holding cmd+R and then follow instuctions! BUT what actually is "clean" install: formatting HDD and installing system from an external source OR doing it through recovery mode without formatting?

You should format your Mac OS partition and then you can get a "clean" installation through the recovery mode.
- but again - remember to upgrade your current system to Mavericks first!
Don't understand why step 3 wouldn't "re-clobber" Bootcamp partition. Have read elsewhere that a Mavericks upgrade clobbers the Bootcamp partition.
