Your d&b info was not accepted

Hello, I am developing an iPhone application for iPhone and have been trying to create an apple dev account for my company, I applied for the DUNS number and received it, than I tried to create my company account on Apple dev site and got your d&b info was not accpeted, I emailed them and they said that my application is now manually submitted and I have to wait 14 days, I waited for 14 days and after that tried, again with no luck, I again contacted d&b and they said I have to wait 5 days, after 5 days they said I have to again wait for 14 days, this is really frustrating, what should I do? is there anything that I could be possibly missing?
