Q: Icloud activate lock

Thank for support custumer , and new applacation for find my Iphone,But for me it has become a big problem and very disturbing and terrifying because ,I was in Sweden on vacation and bought a phone from the shop and the Iphone is full of programs where and when I came back ,I updated Iphone to the new version 7.0.4 and upon completion of the update, and activate the phone asked activation old phone account holder or owner shop
Now I hope that you will can give me a phone number or email the full owner to contact him .
