Making wife's old Macbook Pro mine.
Wife gave me her Macbook Pro. Transferred her files to new Air. Get app update notices on Pro that still need her Apple ID. How do I change to my ID or delete her apps?
iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1

That's because the app was originally purchased by her Apple ID. It will always be associated with her Apple ID. If it was a free app, then I would just recommend you re-download it with your Apple ID. If it is paid, then you can either buy it again or use her Apple ID. I would always recommend two Apple IDs for a couple.
If you want to delete her apps, then go to Launchpad. Hold down option. The icons starts to wiggle and an "x" appears on the icons. Click on the "x" to delete.
The 2 apps are iMovie and iPhoto which I think are free. When I do a search at the app store in an attempt to re-download these, the search returns only an iMovie app with an "Update" option.
Did you signed in to the Mac App Store under your Apple ID? Also make sure that the apps are free. You may have to delete the current iPhoto and iMovie apps if they are associated with your wife's Apple ID. The re-download them under your account.
