YouTube and Netflix not working on iPad4

In the past couple of days, both YouTube and Netflix have stopped working on my iPad4. The iPad can still access the Internet, but YouTube keeps returning an "Error loading. Tap to retry" message. Netflix just comes back with "Connection error." Here are some of the things I've already tried...

1. Rebooted

2. Deleted and then reinstalled both apps

3. Updated iPad software

4. Reconnected to my router


Any help out there?
