Bought an iMac G3 in Snow White for $60. Is it worth it?

Depends on what you want to do with it!
It cannot run any version of OS X beyond Tiger 10.4.11, cannot use any browser that will allow today's streaming videos, and it is officially so obsolete that getting repairs or spares is virtually impossible.
Some people have successfully converted them to fish tanks! 😀
If you have an audio collection on CD or maybe some movies on DVD, or need a way to display thousands of saved recipes if you like to cook but don't want to hard-copy print them, these usually have a good display and fairly good sound through the built-in speakers.
With a new or replacment hard disk drive, the sound of the old HDD (if original) would be much less so these are almost silent, air-cooled without a fan. Some upgrades may be possible, but likely not of significant value unless you like to tinker. They are curious to try to open; a few screws, & a prybar... LOL
