I've gone into the apple store with my device and they've confirmed that the ipod is fine, but for some reason it isn't showing up on my computer or connecting to itunes. I've gone through all the config advice I can find on here that is relevant - I am on windows 7 and all my software including itunes is up to date. I don't know what else to try!! I'm going on a long journey soon and really want my ipod to be up and running again for this. Can someone help? I
