iPhone video > iMovie > back to iPhone help

All ... need some help. I recorded a video on my iPhone (portrait orientation). Downloaded it to my MacBook Air, edited it in iMovie, now I wish to get it back on my iPhone. But, I want to get it back on my iPhone in full screen, portrait mode! How can I do this? Right now, I'm ether forced to watch my video in landscape mode on my iPhone (and the video is in a smaller portrait in the middle if the screen). Or, if I flip my phone to portrait orientaton, the video is a tiny little thing in the center of my screen.

How can I edit my movie in iMovie, and get the edited version back on my iPhone so I can view it full screen, portrait mode? Please advise. Thanks!
