Unreadable iTunes Card

I have tried to email support-but the system seems to be down at the moment. I have a $15 card and when I scratched the code the end of the label was very sticky/gunky only to reveal the last 5 digits were missing. Now I have an incomplete code and can't redeem my itunes card. HELP
