    No backup?

Care to share which OS you are using?

If your Hard Drive crashed and you had a new one Installed , Which Operating System was re-installed?

Which computer do you have, Size of the Hard Drive, how much Ram do you have? If you purchased iWork from the App's store they will have a record of it and you should be able to re-install it, It really depends on which Operating System you had Installed.  Did Apple do the work or did you or someone else do the work.

    All of these are important.

No backup.  which really drives me crazy did not expect to have a second Apple laptop to have a hard drive crash.  I keep saying if you want to work the kinks out of an operating system let me have it I will be able to make it crash.

No one can tell me why both my laptops crashed.  I will say this, this will be the last Apple product I will be purchasing.  I spend to much money just to have it crash.

Work was done by Apple, operting sytem is OS X 10.9.1, Purchased i work when i purchased my first apple laptop and purchased upgrade from apple 2 years ago.  I do not understand why if you replace my hard drive why not put my apps I purchased back on at the same time.

    Work was done by Apple,

Apple has a 90 day warranty on all repairs.

I do not understand why if you replace my hard drive why not put my apps I purchased back on at the same time.

Did you instruct them to do so?  There is no way the repair techs would know about purchased software unless you tell them!
