Can my wife and I share music?

MY wife and I have different apple ID's, one mac with one user profile (dont want to make things messy). We were told she should get her own ID when she got an iphone to imessage and facetime will work. But now I cant figure out to get music shes purchased onto my iphone. We also obviously want to use the same icloud and match for our apple TV. How is it possible to make this work?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
