can't download previously purchased OS X Lion from the app store (NL).

I recently had to change my HDD in my 2006 24" iMac (Intel core 2 duo 2.33 GHz, 3GB RAM) and had to reinstall OS X mountail Lion from DVD . I now want to download OS X Lion from the app store (NL). I purchased OS X Lion from the app store some years ago and can see this purchase in my list of purchases in the app store. I however can not download Lion, nothing happens when I click download. If I click Lion I get an error message (the article that you have requested is not available from the Dutch store).

I can't upgrade to Mavericks or Mountain Lion (doesn't run on 2006 iMac)

What to do?
