How do you set reminders on the iPhone 5s reminder app?

Enter a name where it says "New List" if you want to name a list. Within a list just tap in a blank line in the body of the list and you can then type a name for the reminder. The tap the blue "i" at the right to set other information (day, location, priority, notes, etc). Other info: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4970
