Application Unexpectedly Quits.User based issue

Hi,

I recently upgraded my system to Mountain lion, and now i cannot use one of my applications(manga studio). Everytime i try and open it, it unexpectedly quits. Ive tried deleting all the files and reinstalling but it doesn't want to start up. However, i created another user account and tried it there, and it worked fine. How can i get it to work for my main account as well?
