How do I remove an old e-mail address from my I Cloud? It won't let me click on it?

I can't click on my old e-mail address to change it or edit it. I can click on the password, but the e-mail area with the incorrect account is grey.

You can't change your iCloud account email address that way.

If you have a new iCloud account, you need to delete the existing iCloud account from your iPhone followed by creating the new iCloud account.
