How to you uninstall an upgrade, my phone freezes now, looks horrible and I hate the display and colours I want to restore how it was?

Sorry SJ2306. Apple provides no downgrade path for iOS software.

Once you install an iOS upgrade you cannot go back...Apple removes the older iOS versions from the servers when a new iOS is released.
