Problem with double Apple ID's

My client has two ID's. One uses her primary email address

and the other is an iCloud account with her Contacts, email,

etc. in the cloud. Obviously I can't add her primary email

address as an alternate on the iCloud account as it's

already in use on a different account. Her first ID is

also her iTunes account and has all purchases, etc.

so I don't want to delete it. How can I get her primary

email addy onto her iCloud account so it will sync her

devices? Thanks, Tom

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

I assume you mean the address they want to use with their second account is being used with their first. There isn't a way around this, they will need to use a different address, an alias or second address from the same email account will suffice.
