Q: PLEASE help_MegaFont!_Unable to TurnOff! UG! iPhone5 mess!

After several hours of trying to turn off the iPhone, figured better throw in towel, and go to 'others who may know'. My iPhone5 is so problematic.

The font goes to MEGA size whenever it wants? any help? In the past I have just turned off/on and reset (i guess). NOW, i can't even turn it off!

Oh, btw, Serial number on back of iPhone5 can't be found on Apple site (?!).

You have Zoom on... double tap with three fingers to turn it off. Go into Settings > General > Accessibility to disable it.
