MBP 4.1 Wont turn on after closing the Top Cover

Hi Guys.

It is happening constantly , when i close the Top cover i can not turn on the MBP , i can only turn it of and on again.

I tried Reseting SMC an PRAM but it makes no changes.

I also noticed that the White LED is not working at all , Never it looks like is broken or something is not working properly.

any idea ?
