my parents just bought me a 16gb iphone 5s gold. I want to change it to 64gb. Can i go to any apple store and change it with paying additional money?

Or, you may be able to return it to the original retailer for a full refund/exchange towards a 64GB.

That's going to be an issue. The warranty of an iPhone is only valid in the country it was purchased. Therefore, you'd have to go back to Malaysia to return/exchange the device. It's unlikely that any retailer would take in a device that doesn't have a valid warranty in that country.
