We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.

Are you saying that you weren't charged the listed price for the album ? The price on your email receipt shows the price as $6.01 (?) and the same price shows on the purchase history on your account : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent purchase is above the list). On your iPad you can only see a cut-down version of your purchase history (and optionally contact iTunes Support if you have a problem with a purchase) via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
