Where is the properties tab to label photos, such as that of Windows when you right click on it?

On windows you right click a picture and you get a submenu that has the properties label to click on to tag your photo.

How can I do that to a picture on my mac? I want to add image descriptions "Alt tags" to help my SEO.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
