Q: I am trying to reset my daughters ipod because she forgot the password and we keep on getting an error message.

The error message reads: There was a problem downloading the software for the Ipod. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.

I do have network connection, so I am not sure what the problems is. Please help.
