my ipod got wiped out

Anyway, did you plug the iPod into the computer before it was wiped? Was it plugged into anything?

Any more details you can give will make it much easier for us to try to help with your problem.

Also, have you tried jsut adding the songs onto the iPod again?

i have all of my songs on my laptop, but i bought 2 songs on my desktop one day, so i decided to try and upload the songs from the desktop to the ipod. well, it wouldnt work for me, so my dad went on, saved them onto the desktop and tried to drag them to the ipod icon on itunes and then all of a sudden i looked at my ipod and all of my songs were deleted!! the only songs that are on there now, are the two that i was trying to get from my desktop. help please!!!

Can I ask why you were trying to put songs onto the iPod from My Computer? Why did you not use iTunes?

Also, does the iPod show up in My Computer? In iTunes?
