Install an older version of Java 7 on OS X 10.9

Java 7 Update 51 was recently installed on my MacBook Pro. How do I uninstalI it and re-install Java 7 Update 45?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9), 2.6 GHz Core i7, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

You will probably need to un-install Java and re-install from the link below. Please read all the warnings. The reason for the update is for security purposes and you will be leaving yourself potentially exposed. Unless you have a specific reason, I suggest you reconsider.

Java

Java 7 Uninstall
