My Iphone is disabled. It says to connect to Itunes but I don't know my email password

My phone is displaying a message that says " Iphone is disabled

connect to Itunes"


How do I connect to Itunes and re-enable my phone if I can't get into the phone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.1

You may need to try this More than Once... Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...


Take your time... Pay particular attention to Steps 3 and 4.


Some users have reported as many as 8 or 9 attempts were necessary before success.


If the issue persists...


Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...


Be sure to make an appointment first...

Your device seems to be disabled because the passcode was entered too many times incorrectly. The only way to resolve this is to put it into recovery mode and restore the phone. Hopefully you have a backup or you will have to set it up as new. If you have forgotten the password to your Apple ID, visit appleID.apple.com and request a password reset by clicking "forgot password". To put your device into recovery mode....connect your cable to a computer that has iTunes installed. Pull up iTunes. Turn your phone completely off. Press and hold the HOME button while connecting the cable to the phone and do not release the button until the iTunes graphic appears.
