Can Safari provide pop-up unblocking for a single site?

I'd like to know if there is a way to unblock the Safari pop-up blocker for just a single web site, AND persist that setting across power-ups or logins. Chrome can do this and I'd prefer to use Safari to do this same thing. Right now I switch between the two browsers for this purpose (among other purposes as well). For Safari I can either block all pop-ups or none, unless of course I go into Safari\Preferences and switch the pop-up blocker on and off for each of the individual sites I visit. Then I have to remember the setting when I login again. It's a bit of a hassle.
