Unable to download Netflix

Unable to download Netflix. App does not have an instal button to click on. Why is this? How do I download the app?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

Edit : first post was on wrong thread.

Do you have an app age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is stopping you from downloading the app from the store ? The app is rated 12+ due to the types of film that it can show

Thank you for your help. I am new to these forums. I am not sure of different threads.

I have resolved the problem. I live on the border between N Ireland and ROI. My IPad was bought and registered in N Ireland and I was allocated Uk Apple store. I live in ROI. Netflix is country specific. I changed my Apple store to ROI and was able to download the app.
