bought i phone 5 was activated by some guy using i cloud and i don't have his email or pw how can get bypasscommand but i got the home screen but can;t that without know his acount please help i tried everything like dialing 122 and using voice

i have bought an iphoe 5 g from a friend that he bought it from some guy, that guy activated his phone using icloud acount, i restored it to clean it and make my apps and arrange that way i like it, but the problem is he activated find iphone and i cant get access to get to home screen, actually i did by getting help from you tube, but o nly thing i got home screen but icant do anything or use any app. what am i suppose to do to bypass his activation account it tool me three days, and i ahve am all data and emails and please guys if you know something please let know.
