I bought navionics charts app plus updates but since Apple updated iOS app does not work plus there is no record showing that I have even paid for these options any ideas please

I can't help you with why the app won't work (similar problems for me), but if you made the map or upgrade purchases in app, you need to reinstall them via the "restore" function inside the app. I know that info is worthless if you can't get the app to open, however.

You get an email sent to you for every purchase you make in iTunes. Check your email history. you should also have a credit card record if you didn't use an iTunes Gift Card.

Second, Navionics posted an update to the app February 11, 2014. If you have not updated already, you should do so.
