Q: How do I add a folder to my email account?
I have added folders in the past and I can't remember how I did it and I need to add another folder, how do I do it?

If you're using OS X 10.5.8, you'll have to go to icloud.com, sign in and open Mail, then click the "+" at the top of the folder list on the left sidebar.
