Q: my Iphone 5s isn't connecting to my home wifi anymore.

It started today. I have already reset network settings. My lap top and an ipad are connecting just fine so its not a problem with the router. I'm frankly just stuck on what to do!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

    Hello Veronica,

It sounds like you are unable to connect to your home Wi-Fi network even though you have already reset the network settings on the phone. Other devices work without issue. I want to recommend these troubleshooting steps from the article named:

iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1398

    1. Turn your Wi-Fi router off and on2. If your ISP also provides cable or phone service, check with them before attempting this step to avoid interruption of service.
    2. Update your device to the latest version of software.
    3. Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware2. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.

There are additional steps toward the bottom of the article with additional steps to try if the above 3 steps do not resolve the issue depending on whether or not your iPhone sees the network and is unable to connect, or if it doesnt see it at all.

If the issue still is not resolved, I would next back up your phone to iTunes and restore it.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

    Take care,

No, this is not the issue - it's something with the actual phone. I'm in a situation where there are 6 of us right now - everyone that is using older phones has no problem connecting to the network (which we have reset three times). Everyone that has iOS7 with an iPhone 5S cannot connect. Neither can anyone that has the latest version of iOS on their computers.

Hi, I hope this will help you: change your DNS to Google's DNS server address (either 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8)
