How can I get a refund on an in-app purchase?

I bought a currency pack on Pixel people and after I bought it, my game was deleted and I couldn't do anything in the game. I deleted it and reinstalled it, and it restarted my whole game. I lost my $11.29 and didn't even get what I was supposed to. Please help!
