My rescue email 4 my account is a false email?

Hey guys I submitted a question like this awhile ago but I never got the problem fixed so here I am

I forgot my security questions awhile ago and whenever I try to purchase something it won't let me. I have tried to reset them but it sends an email to a false account that I may have put in accidentally. Like I said before I may have put it in without realizing but now I can't change the rescue email. Is it possible that someone from apple can manually change this or do I have to make another apple account ????
