ipod dummy

my 30gb ipod is filled up at 750 songs, and all the songs on my imac are too big a file i guess, what is the best format to import cd's to my library and then transfer them to my ipod while getting the most songs available, please help

I have no idea what you are asking but then again i'm not the best iPod guru here...

mp3, wma, aac(which is what itunes use to rip cds). look in your manual and see what formats are recommended for use on ipods. you are probably using wav files right now, one of those files are about the size of a whole album of the ones i mentioned before. if you have any questions about the files i told you about, just use the one itunes automatically uses.
