After a call failure, the next time I unlock my phone, it automatically calls the person back the call failed with. This happens even when I have used my bluetooth headset to call back and am already talking to them again. How do I disable it?

I have and iPhone 4 that has all of the current updates.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

it happens to me also often. A call failure then when it is no longer needed to call the person when unlocking the screen it calls again, very anoying.
