Question

How to locate original serial to Final Cut Studio, only have upgrade serial.

When rebuilding my system, Final Cut Studio lost serials, Soundtrack Pro asked for serial, I entered what came with my upgrade box set. It then said I needed to enter the original serial, which I no longer have. Any thoughts on how to obtain this? Big thanks.

The serial number is pasted on the little booklet that came with your purchase of the full retail version. If you have lost that, you might try calling Apple and plead your case. You might not have any luck if you cannot produce your receipt for the purchase.
