The Apple figure of 2GB RAM required is only borderline. 4GB or more would be better.
no my macbook pro is 4GB RAM , But it's not my issue , my problem is that the app store is always not connected, one day a very long time ago i hit for ever don't connect , is this why it's not working , and do you have any idea how to get it connected again?
I don't have MacBook so I am unfamiliar with it, but what you describe sounds like you have been into the parental controls ... and set it to exclude App Store. I don't know how but there must be a simple reversal of that.
