Q: My Notes field in Exchange contacts are not sync'ing with my iphone 5S

I am using Office Professional Plus 2010 linked to an Exchange server.  From here I use Active Syn to link my iphone onto my corporate Exchange server.

The Notes field, where I have made lots of notes on my contacts, is not copying across to my iphone ....

Is this a known bug or have I not done the setup correctly ...

HELP !
