4G network in China and New Zealand

Hi. I'm Yujun from Shanghai, China.

Nearly the end of 2013, i bought a brand new iphone5S (model A1528, the unlocked model in china that time, meanwhile it's a most popular model)

Soon after that, my mobile operators in China (CMCC China Mobile) told us users that they had update the network service of 4G in the standard of TDD-LTE,but it can only be used on the model A1530. That means i CANNOT use 4G in China, even with the most used model. Well, i know the new model that being sold in the Apple Store of China is A1530, is that mean, i can't use 4G in China any more?

Well, another question is, soon i will go to New Zealand for study. I heard that Vodafone in NZ had already start the service of 4G network, too. So i really want to know that can i use 4G network in New Zealand with the phone of A1528?
