Not receiving Facebook, Twitter and iMessage notifications on iPhone 4s iOS 7.0.4

Tried restoring iphone and still did not work. Only receiving notications when i go into the app, and sometimes it just has the number of "messages" in the corner of the icon. Please help!

Have you checked the notification center for making sure those apps have the banner/notification turned on?
