Still cannot activate my Iphone ISO 7 due to forgot Apple ID

I just upgraded my Iphone 4s from ISO 6 to IOS7, then facing with Activation Issue after Iphone re-start, what happened for my IPhone 4s which one i used it more than 1 year? I do not know original Apple ID, then can not activate my Iphone 4s, any solution to activate? or throught a way then switch to Samsung phone?
