We recently applied to become an iTunes U provider, however our application was denied because as District Technolog Integration Specialists, we didnt have "signing authority".
When we attempted to have the district Superintendent log in and give authority, we appear to be frozen on the denial page, we cant move ahead, theres no email to contact, no link to click, no phone number to call, nothing.
It appears we have to create a whole new district Apple ID and start the process again.
Is there a way to re-start this application?
