Q: just got a new Mac Book Pro 10.9.1. and HP printer not working

Jan 22, 2014 11:21 AMby Jeannettefrombc,I got a new sw download and at first it did not work. What I did was delete the printer then and add it back. Once selected the submenu was different and it said use as HP 1102 but with a 6.9 sw ver instead of genetic post script as it did before. All fine but thanks for your suggestion.
