Q: I have an old itunes card worth $50. I scratched off the grey band and almost ALL of the code numbers scratched off, too. HELP!

I have an old itunes card. NEVER used. Worth $50, Scratched off the grey part and most of the code numbers scratched off, too. Now what? Hate to lose $50. Sorry, new to this type of help and not too itunes savvy

Yes, it was a gift but a LONG time ago. No, I do not have the recepit, Yes, I have been to the support page, but that is a big loop with no real help for the problem. A ny ideas out there?
